I work with young children through to adults who have difficulty with sleep. Poor sleep in adults may be bound up in stress, or the sleep may have become habitually poor over the years. Young children may have fears around going to bed, teenagers may struggle with going to bed and getting up on time. Across all age groups and with families I foster a safe and collaborative partnership. I strive to marry evidence-based approaches with the needs of the individual in their unique situation to help achieve their goals.

I completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology at the University of Western Australia and went on to complete postgraduate training at Curtin University receiving a Master of Psychology (Clinical). I am Registered as a Psychologist and am completing a Registrar Program for endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

I have experience working with adults in community mental health and private hospital settings aiding clients to manage sleep difficulties, depression, anxiety, substance use problems, and a range of other mental health issues. I also have several years experience working in public and private settings with children and adolescents with a variety of issues including anxiety, family and peer relationship difficulties and disruptive behaviours.

Therapy is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
