Michelle LaPuma
Michelle has been working with children, adolescents and adults for the past 17 years, and is dedicated to working collaboratively with her clients on their sleeping difficulties. She has worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist with Sleep Matters for the past ten years, and addresses sleep across the age range. She often assists with insomnia, nighttime worries and fears, and establishing helpful bedtime routines.
Michelle's background is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and she has undertaken additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Circle of Security and Family Therapy.
Her qualifications include a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Western Australia. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a board approved supervisor.
