We are pleased to offer online bookings for sleep-focused psychological therapy at Sleep Matters. You can choose to attend in-person at one of our clinics, or via telehealth from the comfort of home (or office).
This service is designed for adults who would like support with:
- Persistent insomnia: difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early, which affects daytime functioning
- Difficulty winding down, falling or staying asleep
- Early morning waking
- Shift work or jet lag difficulties
- Sleep timing problems (i.e., sleeping earlier or later than desired)
- Sleep-related worry and/or frustration
- Irregular sleep-wake schedules or inconsistent routines
- Reducing reliance on sleeping pills
- Support with CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea
- 'Age or stage' related changes in sleep (e.g. perinatal, perimenopause, older age)
- Optimising sleep to support performance, mood, or general health and wellbeing
Appointments booked online are with a psychologist providing evidence-based, sleep-focused interventions, grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia and behavioural sleep medicine principles.
These appointments offer structured, targeted support where sleep is the primary concern.

Fees and Rebates
- $230 per 50-minute session. $245 for Saturday consultations.
- Medicare rebates may be available for clients referred by their GP under a Mental Health Care Plan.
- Private health fund rebates may apply if you have psychology cover. If you're unsure about eligibility, our friendly admin team can assist.
